Hargreaves and Son Limited (hereinafter “Hargreaves and Son Limited”, “we”, “us”, “our” and  “www.hargreavesofbuxton.com”)  is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. This privacy policy explains in detail the types of personal data we may collect about you when you interact with us and how Hargreaves and son limited processes your personal information. for the purposes of this policy, Hargreaves and Son Limited is the controller when interacting with us in store or when you are using the www.hargreavesofbuxton website.   • CCTV recordings are retained for 30 days and automatically deleted

Products or orders will only be accepted by us if the customer is 18 years old or more. Personal data of Children is only collected with CCTV recordings in public places in store.

  • Access to the personal data (Subject Access Request) we hold about you free of charge unless there is unreasonable and repeated requests for which we will charge £10 per request

  • That we stop using your data for direct marketing

  • That we stop any consent based processing of your personal data after you withdraw consent
